Liuzhou HM Prestressing Machinery Co., Ltd. is an enterprise engaged in the following main businesses: R&D of prestressing technique, manufacture of prestressed anchorages and matching devices, bridge cable systems and grouting equipment, installation and construction concerning prestressing, and product supply and construction for bridge maintenance and reinforcement. Our company is located at No. 5, Hengye Road, Liuzhou Xinxing Industrial Park, only 0.5km from the junction of Guilin-Beihai Expressway and Liuzhou Airport, thus we enjoy quite convenient transportation. Our company covers an area of more than 20 acres with 6,000sqm production plants and a 2,500 office area. At present, we have more than 120 sets of various advanced equipment and more than 130 employees, including 30 technicians. We completed the output of more than RMB40 million for project construction and product sales from January to November in 2011. Our company was set up by a number of senior technical, R&D and marketing personnel, striving for innovation. We have accumulated many years' experience in the prestressing design, production, marketing and construction. We use advanced equipment to guarantee good quality and improve the working efficiency. The prestressed series products launched by our company are subject to strict quality control from design and argumentation to volume production and launching; for the anchoring performance at static load, the important technical indexes including the efficiency coefficient of anchorage, total strain, efficiency coefficient of grip, etc., are all superior to the provisions in the national standard GB/T14370-2007 Anchorage, and Grip and Coupler for Prestressing Tendons. They fully comply with the requirements of the Suggestions on Acceptance and Application of Post-tensioned Prestressed System by the International Federation for Prestressed Concrete (FIP).
